Bluewater Home Builders' One Minute Man Hill is featured in New York Times Article

Bluewater Home Builders' brand new, HOBI Award winning home at One Minute Man Hill was featured in the Real Estate Section of Sunday's New York Times.  According to the article, median sales prices are down in Fairfield County CT,  with the exception of the Town of Westport,  where median sales prices are up 33% and sales volume is up 12%.  These results were helped along by the sale of One Minute Man Hill, which recently sold for $5,250,000 and is located in the heart of the beach area of Westport CT.
