Bluewater Home Builders: Takes Home Top HOBI Prize for 2013 Best Spec Home of the Year!

The prestigious HOBIs or Home Building Industry Awards sponsored by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Connecticut are awarded in recognition of excellence in design and construction of new homes. 

Bluewater Home Builders took home the top prize for Best Spec Home of the Year at the recent 2013 Home Building Industry (HOBI) Awards Ceremony.  Winner of six previous HOBI Awards, Bluewater Home Builders took home three more this year including the top prize in Fairfield County  - Best Spec Home of 2013 for the spectacular Nantucket Shingle Style home at 38 Burnham Hill in the Compo Beach area of Westport.  The firm also received awards for Best Spec Home between $3-$4 million also for 38 Burnham Hill, Westport and Best Custom Home between 7,000 and 8,000 square feet for 140 Sunnie Holme Drive in Fairfield.

Bluewater Home Builders Wins Two 2012 HOBI Awards!

For 2012, Bluewater was recognized for Best Spec Home $3-4 Million for the construction of 23 Burnham Hill, a marvelous shingle style home located near the beach in Westport, CT.  

Bluewater also just finished and sold 5 Meadow Brook Lane, a shingle style home located in the heart of the Hunt Club Area of Westport, which won Best Spec Home $2-3 Million.
