According to the article, median sales prices are down in Fairfield County CT, with the exception of the Town of Westport, where median sales prices are up 33% and sales volume is up 12%. These results were helped along by the sale of One Minute Man Hill, which recently sold for $5,250,000 and is located in the heart of the beach area of Westport CT.
